Soften Your Inner Critic
in 7 days

A self guided 7 day softening of your inner critic to help you stop getting in your own way.

We’ve been taught that being our own harshest critic is the only way to succeed. But for most of us, that inner bully has actually become a bottleneck that fuels imposter syndrome and creates our invisible ceiling.

It isn’t about being “soft”, it’s about optimizing your mental environment so that you can stop self-sabotaging and start executing with genuine confidence. If you’re tired of being your own worst enemy while trying to build a life of purpose, try turning the volume down on your inner critic.

Who Is This Guide For?

  • You’re tired of the constant self-criticism and second‑guessing
  • You overthink decisions and replay conversations in your head
  • You feel like you’re running out of time
  • You want to make a change, but not through shame or hustle
  • You feel stuck, blocked, or hesitant even when you care deeply

The Core Problem - Why Your Inner Critic Feels So Loud

For many of us, the inner critic isn’t a flaw, but a learned survival strategy. It shows up as negative self‑talk, perfectionism, self‑doubt, and fear of getting it wrong.
This guide helps you understand why your inner critic exists and how to soften it, so it stops controlling your decisions and draining your energy.

What Changes In 7 Days

This isn’t about silencing your inner critic forever. It’s about changing your relationship with it. Hearing it, but not letting it control you.
What you’ll begin to notice:
  • Less emotional friction around decisions
  • More self‑trust and inner steadiness
  • A quieter, less reactive inner dialogue
  • Greater awareness of thought patterns without shame
Small shifts. Real relief.

What's Inside This Guide

Each day includes:
  • A short reflection to bring awareness to your inner dialogue
  • Writing prompts to interrupt negative self‑talk
  • Reframes that build self‑trust instead of self doubt
  • Simple practices you can return to when self‑doubt shows up
No toxic positivity. No forcing confidence. Just honest, compassionate awareness.

Why I Created This Guide

I left my corporate 9to5 job in 2021 to chase more meaning and purpose in my work. I went into entrepreneurship and quickly realized that you’re on your own. I was working alone and had to do everything. I noticed when I messed something up, I would be so hard on myself, that  I was paralyzed to move forward. I was too afraid to mess up, and didn’t allow myself to take the risks I needed to. I wasn’t supporting myself. The voice in my head was often my enemy making it harder to actually succeed.
I created this guide because I know what it’s like to have all these dreams and desires but feel blocked by your own thoughts. To aspire for change, but feel held back by self‑doubt and inner negative dialogue. You stop yourself from starting.
This isn’t a system to fix yourself. It’s an invitation to relate to yourself differently. To learn how your inner dialogue affects you, and learn to be your own supporter. Allowing yourself feel safe enough to take risks and chase after your dreams.
